Scope and Contents

Mr. Schwabe received a wire from Mr. Gustafson asking for support on a bill to provide a 25% salary increase to Federal employees. Schwabe assures Gustafson that he will consider the matter thoroughly and hopes his vote will meet with approval. Gustafson's organization also sent a telegram asking for support on the same bill.
