Scope and Contents

John W Sager, a Federal employee from Bixby, Oklahoma, wrote to Hon. George B. Schwabe urging his support for the Federal Employees Salary Adjustment Bill. Schwabe responded, stating that the bill had already passed in the House and he supported it. He believed that the Senate may have a different approach, but was confident that a measure benefiting Federal employees would be adopted.
