Scope and Contents

In the letter, Miss Florence I. Odell expresses her gratitude to Congressman George B. Schwabe for considering H.R. 2497 and H.R. 2703 for the benefit of Federal employees. Congressman Schwabe assures Miss Odell that he is keenly interested in the welfare of Federal employees and will give any proposed legislation his earnest consideration and vote. He informs her that the bills have completed hearings in the subcommittee and will soon be brought before the full committee for further action.
