Scope and Contents

Mr. Dixon wrote to Congressman Schwabe endorsing H.R. 2497, a bill that would improve the salary and wage administration of Federal employees. The bill is now pending in the House Committee on Civil Service and hearings will begin later in the month. Congressman Schwabe is currently out of Washington but will be informed of Mr. Dixon's letter upon his return.
