Scope and Contents

The letter dated February 13, 1946 from George B. Schwabe, M.C. to Mr. Charles N. Simon, Attorney in Tulsa, Oklahoma discusses the Senate filibuster on the F.E.P.C. bill. Schwabe mentions that the bill has not been acted on in the House and provides information on how the Oklahoma Delegation voted on the measure.
