Mr. Tayloe of Tayloe Paper Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma, wrote to Congressman George Schwabe expressing disapproval of H.R. 2232, the Fair Employment Practice Act. Schwabe responded that he did not support the bill in its current form and appreciated hearing from constituents on controversial issues. Tayloe believed that the issue should not be solved through legislation.
