Scope and Contents
The first letter is from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, to A. Do Cochran, an attorney, regarding their disapproval of the Fair Employment Practice Act (H.R. 2232) and their decision not to support it. Schwabe mentions that they will discuss the matter with other individuals and suggests that Cochran ask Democratic friends to write to other members of Congress. The second letter is from A.S.
