Resolution for the Release of American Prisoners of War , October 19, 1948
Scope and Contents:
The Marine Parents' Club in Cincinnati passed a resolution urging the President, government officials, and Congress to take immediate action to secure the release of two military servicemen who were taken prisoner behind Communist lines. They also called for equal treatment of all Americans in similar situations and requested copies of the resolution be sent to all U.S. Senators and Congressional Representatives.
