Scope and Contents

Glenn English, a member of Congress from the 6th District in Oklahoma, received a letter from a constituent, Mr. Basolo, regarding concerns about the Mine Safety and Health Administration's treatment of Dolese. English contacted the Acting Assistant Secretary of MSHA, Mr. Hugler, to investigate the matter and received a response stating that no retribution had taken place. English reassured Basolo that he would continue to follow up on the issue and encouraged him to contact him with any further concerns.
