Scope and Contents

Mrs. Myrtle Creason, President of the Choctaw-Chickasaw Confederation, sent a letter to Honorable Carl Albert requesting the return of petitions asking for a referendum on returning dead claim payments to the blood line. Albert complied and returned the petitions. Creason thanked him and expressed her willingness to provide any further assistance needed.
