Scope and Contents
The text is a letter from Carl Albert, M.C. to W.G. Stigler, Congressman, thanking him for providing lists of Choctaw and Chickasaw Indians who participated in a vote on the terms of a contract for the sale of coal and asphalt deposits. Stigler had previously mentioned having the lists during a meeting, and now they are being sent to Albert for his files.
