Scope and Contents
The Principal Chief of the Choctaw Nation, Harry J. W. Belvin, is thanking Honorable Carl Albert for his assistance in the Dudley Billy case regarding the Talihina Indian Hospital. Belvin expresses concern about Billy's removal and the repercussions his actions are having. Albert responds that Billy's removal will be delayed for further study by the Public Health Service, giving Belvin the opportunity to be heard.
