Scope and Contents
Bob Wade, Assistant Chief of Police in Garland, Texas, wrote to Congressman Carl Albert recommending Mr. Virgil Tudor, the Administrator of the Talihina Indian Public Health Hospital. Wade spoke highly of Tudor's work and defended him against false accusations made by an unhappy employee. Wade praised Tudor as a man of high caliber and a friend to the Indian community.
