Scope and Contents

Mrs. C. Norman wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, regarding charges brought against the Western Electric Employees Association. The Board stated that they intend to decide the case based on the record, similar to a court. Mrs. Norman requested that the NLRB treat their union with the same courtesy as other organizations.
