Correspondence Regarding Labor Relations Board Case, 1945-10-12
Scope and Contents
Mrs. C. Norman wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, regarding charges brought against the Western Electric Employees Association. Schwabe contacted the National Labor Relations Board on her behalf, and enclosed their reply in his response to her. The Board stated that they intend to decide the case based on the record, similar to a court. Mrs. Norman requested that the NLRB treat their union with the same courtesy as other organizations.
