Scope and Contents

The letter is in response to a claim by veterans in Locust Grove, Oklahoma that they were discriminated against in obtaining prefabricated houses. The director explains that the houses were allocated to cities and colleges for resale to veterans, and Locust Grove did not apply directly to their office. The director assures that Locust Grove's application will be considered in the future when suitable housing becomes available.
