Scope and Contents

Roy Longbone wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe inquiring about money that is supposed to be paid to Delaware and Cherokee Indians from filed claims. Longbone requested information on how much each person would be paid and when the payments would be made. Schwabe responded that he did not have specific information on the claims mentioned and requested more details from Longbone in order to investigate and provide a more accurate response.
