Scope and Contents:
The speaker, who has been honored as an honorary Chief of the Chickasaw Nation, expresses pride in being a part of the Chickasaw community and highlights the contributions of Oklahoma's Indian population to American society. He discusses the importance of the newly established Public Health Service Indian Clinic and the benefits it will provide to the community.
