Distribution of Funds for Delaware Tribe Judgments Act, 1980-01
Scope and Contents:
This bill, introduced in 1979, aims to distribute funds appropriated to pay judgments in favor of the Delaware Tribe of Indians and the absentee Delaware Tribe of Western Oklahoma in Indian Claims Commission dockets 27-A and 241, 289, and 27-B and 338. It was referred to the Select Committee on Indian Affairs and a report was issued in 1980 with an amendment.
