Scope and Contents

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma are opposed to a proposed rule due to lack of resources. The Indian Health Service is not funded adequately to meet the demand for services with current eligibility criteria. The lack of blood quantum has had a negative impact on the ability to meet demand for services.
