New Travel Procedures and Coordinator Announcement, 1988-01-26

This memo is informing all staff members that Layla Schnecke will now be the Travel Coordinator and will handle issuing authorization numbers for Travel Authorization Forms and refunds for unused travel tickets. Travel arrangements will not be made without an authorization number. It is emphasized that resources should be conserved for the upcoming long haul of the campaign. The Travel Authorization Form must be completed and approved by a designated list of individuals before submitting it to Layla Schnecke. All tickets will be delivered to Layla for pick-up to avoid lost or misplaced tickets. The goal is to minimize costs and ensure the right people are in the right place.
