Scope and Contents
Elmer Thomas congratulates Carl Hatch on being appointed as Chairman of the Speakers' Bureau for the Democratic National Committee. He discusses the upcoming election in Oklahoma and expresses willingness to help outside of his state. Hatch informs Thomas about the preparations for the 1948 Presidential Election Campaign and requests his cooperation in providing speakers for Democratic candidates. Thomas is asked to inform if he can fill speaking engagements and provide suitable dates. Hatch looks forward to working closely with Thomas for a Democratic victory in November.
