Scope and Contents
Senator Robert S. Kerr apologizes for not responding sooner to a letter from Ray K. Babb, requesting him to speak at two Masonic meetings. Kerr explains that he has been busy with his duties in Congress. He expresses his willingness to speak at a Masonic group and hopes for another opportunity. Babb had invited Kerr to speak at district meetings to promote interest in Masonry in Oklahoma.
