Kerr is addressing a letter to Mr. Ray Walker, the State Conservationist at the Soil Conservation Service in Stillwater, Oklahoma, regarding a spill from a dam on Site 16 in the Sandstone Watershed area. Mr. Kerr is requesting information and assistance in resolving the situation described in a letter from Mr. Roy E. Baker of Berlin, Oklahoma. Senator Kerr promises to follow up with Mr. Baker once he has heard back from the Soil Conservation Service.
