The text is a letter from Robert S. Kerr to Mr. Roy E. Baker acknowledging receipt of his letter regarding a drop inlet pipe on dam #16 in the Sandstone watershed. Kerr is forwarding the letter to the Chief of the Soil Conservation Service for a report on the situation and will be in touch with Baker once he has more information. Kerr also sends a letter to Donald A. Williams requesting a report on the issue to advise Baker.
