Mr. Baker thanked Senator Kerr for sending him a copy of the O.A.A Informer which included an article by Mr. Baker regarding the evaluation of the PMA program. Mr. Baker also enclosed a copy of the state paper published by the Oklahoma Agricultural Association for Senator Kerr to review.
