The president of General Dynamics/Fort Worth received a letter from James L. Fisk of The Rouge Companies discussing a possible affiliation between the two companies. The president clarified that their only current relationship is a proposal for a subcontracting job. He advised Fisk to avoid implying a relationship until one is established.
