Dr. Hugh L. Dryden called to inform about an agreement for space cooperation between the U.S. and Soviet Russia, which has been accepted without change by the Soviet Foreign Ministry. The official announcement has not yet been made, and Dr. Dryden will be in Chicago for a meeting the next day.
