Scope and Contents

The Chamber of Commerce in Idabel, Oklahoma is interested in the Flood Control bill and specifically the Eagletown project. They write to Congressman Wilburn Cartwright asking for his support in getting the project included in the bill. Congressman Cartwright responds, assuring them that he is working on it and will push the matter as much as possible.
