Acquisition of Property for Broken Bow Reservoir Project, 1959-01 - 1959-12-31
Scope and Contents
The U.S. Army Engineer District in Tulsa is planning to purchase property belonging to Mr. Ralph Webb in Hochatown, Oklahoma for the Broken Bow Reservoir project. The purchase is expected to begin in early 1961, with Mr. Webb's property needed in early 1963. Mr. Webb will be paid fair market value for his property, determined through a dual appraisal process. The District Engineer has provided this information in response to a letter from Representative Carl Albert.
