Senator Kerr responds to Mrs. Wilbanks' concerns about the Rover Program and reassures her of the progress of the US space program compared to the Soviet Union. He acknowledges Senator Anderson's efforts and supports the fast development of the Rover Program. Senator Kerr also sends Mrs. Wilbanks information about the space program and appreciates her interest and support.
