The Franklin Institute of Pennsylvania is inviting Senator Kerr to speak at the rededication of their Fels Planetarium on September 18. The event was moved from September 17 due to Constitution Day. The institute would be honored to have Senator Kerr and his staff attend and speak on education for the Space Age.
