The text is a letter from I. M. Levitt, Director of The Fels Planetarium at The Franklin Institute, thanking Miss Malvina Stephenson for sending the Congressional Record containing his column. He mentions that the Senator will be attending an event in September and suggests changing the opening day to the 18th. Levitt also expresses his intention to meet with Stephenson in Washington in the near future.
