Scope and Contents

Senator Robert S. Kerr informs Mr. Joe R. Bryan about discussions with NASA regarding plans for a manned space flight laboratory. The site for the installation will be determined after Congress acts on the fiscal 1962 budget. Kerr assures Bryan that they will consider all factors and locations, including Ada, for the project. Kerr acknowledges the competition for the project and expresses hope for a successful outcome.
