Robert. S. Kerr was unable to accept an invitation to speak at the Sigma Delta Chi meeting, but arranged for Commander Bart Slattery to speak in his place. Kerr thanked Forrest Brokaw for the invitation and expressed hope that the arrangements were satisfactory.
