Dewey Bartlett, in which she urges him to support additional funding for Indian hospitals in Tahlequah and Claremore. Mrs. Johnson states that the need for these services has increased due to the lowering of the blood quantum (i.e., the percentage of Native American blood required to be considered a member of a tribe), and she thanks Sen. Bartlett for his continued support.
