The text consists of correspondence regarding legislation to allow the National Capitol Park System to acquire the Congressional Cemetery in the District of Columbia. Representative John P. Saylor introduced HR1891 for this purpose, and the Vestry of Christ Church, Washington Parish supports the legislation and intends to donate the land if the bill becomes law. Congressman James R.
