The text is a correspondence between Pamela E. Iron and James R. Jones regarding the appropriations for urban Indian health projects. Jones informs Iron that the Appropriations Committee has retained the $8.9 million figure for urban health projects, which is $900,000 over the Presidents budget recommendation.
