Scope and Contents

The Pawnee Tribe of Oklahoma is concerned about the proposed changes to eligibility requirements for the Indian Health Services and the Indian education program. They feel that these changes could mean that Tribal members who are not enrolled in a tribe would not be eligible for these programs.
