Letter from Forrest J. Grand to Senator Dewey Bartlett about a problem arising from the use and distribution of the Lipan and Mescalero judgment funds in Indian Claims Commission Docket 22-C. A Secretarial plan for the use and distribution of the judgment funds in Docket 22-C was submitted to the Congress pursuant to the provisions of the Act of October 19,1973, 87 Stat. 466. If Congress does not disapprove the plan it will become effective on April 8,1978.
