TRANSCRIPT: Ladies and gentleman Governor Ronald Reagan good evening. I've asked for this time tonight to talk to you about tomorrow's election to share with you my hopes for America to discuss with you. The kind of nation. We are and the Legacy we leave to our children. This marks for me the end of nearly one full year of campaigning and I want to use this final opportunity to continue the national conversation. We've had in this campaign from the time. I was nominated by my party in July my Candidate as he became a partnership with George Bush a former ambassador to the United Nations director of the Central Intelligence Agency members of Congress. And liaison to the People's Republic of China know we've spent most of our time apart traveling across the United States. George is here with me tonight and I've asked him to take a moment to share some of the campaign reflections with you. Thank you governor in my years of Public Service. I don't think I've seen a greater desire. Are among our citizens to put America back on the road to Greatness. They want to restore Prosperity at home to see that were once again respected abroad to renew the social and spiritual ties which once held us so closely together over these past few months. I've come to know Ronald and Nancy Reagan is friends as well as political teammates. Working with Governor. Reagan has deepened my impression of him as a man who above Anything else has an Abiding Love for our nation. I know that we can take our working partnership to Washington and I can assure you that both of us will bring every fiber of our energy into finding solutions for the great and complex problems that faces. I'll be committed to helping Ronald Reagan as a supportive member of his administration. I know we can build this nation to be once again
