TRANSCRIPT: When Reagan was governor of California he did a good job Reagan did save the state from bankruptcy. He did turn a deficit of a hundred and ninety four million into a surplus of 554 million. He did reform the state's welfare system and still provided Aid to those truly in need Carter can't distort the fact that Reagan was a darn good Governor. Let's make him our next president. Reagan for president.
