Contains correspondence from constituents in Oklahoma, many the employees or heads of banks, urging Brewster to reform the banking industry and, during markup, vote for the Hubbard Amendment protecting deposit insurance coverage, strike study of further reductions, vote for Vento Interstate Branching Limits, and broaden the F.D.I.C. assessment base, among other requests. However, Brewster states in the draft of his response included in this folder that he does not serve on the House Banking Committee.
