Correspondence 1978, 1978-1979

Scope and Contents Includes correspondence concerning alternative resources and workshops harnessing those resources, air pollution control, nongame fish and wildlife conservation act of 1978, sierra club issues and expansion. Also included are letters to the department of the interior fish and wildlife on different regional issues, the Duck Creek channelization and it's funding through the community development block grant, the Alaska National Interest Lands Bill and utility reform.
