Scope and Contents
Item is an outline map of Oklahoma "Showing Preliminary 1950 Census Figures for Each County ". Map features hand-drawn boundaries and shaded congressional districts for a redistricting plan. There are six congressional districts, which are enumerated, inscribed with the House Representative's surname, and have the population totals for each district attached with adhesive labels. Item was attached to a letter dated 25 January 1951 from W. S. Jerkins, Chairman of Oklahoma State Legislature. Letter and item were attached to Item 22.
