"Publicado por la Direccion General de Estadistica y Estudios Geograficos" which means "Published by the General Directorate of Statistics and Geographical Studies" in Spanish (translation provided by Heather Bateman). Resources indicated on map: silver, tin, copper, gold, bismuth, tungsten, rubber, forests, livestock, oil, iron, borax, llama, alpaca. General Directorate is equivalent to a U.S. government department.
