Contains correspondence from the Office of Education informing Synar of action regarding applications for financial assistance for F.Y. 1983 (pursuant to Title 1 of P.L. 874) submitted by school districts in his district. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies titled Grants: 1984. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
