Contains various materials pertaining to the Supreme Court decision United States v. Edge Broadcasting Co. T/A Power 94 and its potential of setting precedence for restricting advertisements and promotion of tobacco products. United States v. Edge Broadcasting Co. T/A Power 94 affirmed the constitutionality of restricting or even banning commercial speech when restrictions are shown to be in the public's and government's interest and meet the tests established in Central Hudson Gas & Electric v. Public Service Commission of New York.
