Scope and Contents
Contains various materials pertaining to the escalation of anti-Semitism in the Soviet Union and includes such items as a status report by the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews, Dear Colleague letters and a letter to President Mikhail Gorbachev urging him to make public statements denouncing anti-Semitism. H.Con.Res. 264 is also mentioned, but not specifically addressed.
