Scope and Contents
Contains a letter from the Soviet Union and a letter from the Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs secretary both explaining how the United States had no claim on any of the Alaskan islands, as well as a bill proposal from congressmen stating that a treaty is necessary before the US gives up all of their claims to the Alaskan Islands.
