Scope and Contents
In addition to resolutions passed by numerous towns and cities which wanted Kam Dam and Lake named Robert S. Kerr Lake, others who offered resolutions were Oklahoma Baptist University, Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Commission, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce and Development Council, Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma, Young Men's Christian Association of Greater Oklahoma City, Mississippi Valley Association, Oklahoma Association of Electric Cooperatives, Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes, and the Arkansas Basin Development Association.
